THE STUDIO

Where It All Started

I began my voiceover journey working out of a studio called Wearhouse Wired, located in Trinity, North Carolina. It was there that I learned the ins and outs of professional recording and discovered my love for audio production. As my career grew, I set out to build my own custom studio from the ground up—a space that now allows me to deliver exceptional turnaround times while maintaining the high quality my clients expect. Here's what YOU can expect....

THE SPACE

My home studio features a WhisperRoom booth, located within an additional sound-treated room in the basement of my home. Multiple Microphone Selections

  • Neumann TLM 103: My go-to microphone for most professional voiceover work. Its clarity and warmth bring every read to life.

  • Shure SM7B: A reliable dynamic mic that shines in projects needing a richer, broadcast-style tone.

  • Rode NT-1 Microphone (Travel Setup): My compact travel companion for recording on the go. I never go anywhere without a portable setup—so even if a last-minute script comes in, I’m always ready to record.

Audio Interface

All my microphones run through the Universal Audio Apollo 4C interface, ensuring clean, high-quality signal capture and consistent professional sound.

Travel SetUp: Due to the inability to travel effectively with the Apollo, my interface of choice when traveling is the Rode AI-1 Interface.

Recording Software

While I’m comfortable using various DAWs, my primary recording programs include Ableton, Pro Tools, and Audacity. Each one offers unique tools that let me tailor my workflow to fit the needs of every project—whether it’s a commercial, narration, or audiobook.
